A token of appreciation

Now, more than ever, it's easy to give someone a token of appreciation.

It can be more than a "thank you" card. It can be knowledge (which is relentless moving towards free), it can be public recognition of a note-worthy effort, or...

... it can actually be a physical token. Case in point, something made in Portugal:

Why? Because it's nice and not that hard.

How? By knowing who you're dealing with and acting accordingly.

What? Whatever you want. As long as it makes sense.

Tokens of appreciation can be virtually anything. You don't have to give away an iPad to show someone you care about them (specially because in that case it shows you don't). In fact, small gifts might just create the biggest connections. As long as you're driven by true insight.
