How often do you hear this expression? How often do you say it?
Perhaps more often than not, because thanks to the increasingly demanding job market (and the entrepreneurship fever my generation is being injected with), not being busy might just be a sign of laziness or carelessness.
I think it's great that more people are busy; I think it's better to be busy than to have nothing to do. To a point.
There's a question you should frequently ask yourself: are you particularly busy because you're doing new stuff you set yourself to do or is someone else making you busy with delegated work?
A hard one to answer, I know. But be honest with yourself and others. It's worth it.
